This is a stupid idea.
If you don't like the apps you can get from the Apple store, then don't buy an iPhone. There are roughly 42 million apps available, and a lot of them are free. If you cant find what you want there, well then i say too bad for you.
The whole thing is a closed system between the phone, iTunes and the iTunes store and if you don't like that, then that's your right. But don't buy it then complain you have to break it to get what *you* want, then complain again when Apple releases updates that brick your phone.
