Your comment that Microsoft is dying will be proven to be true I believe. I can't help seeing them continually try to catch up in a vain attempt at me-toism. If they had a leader with vision and technical understanding of the industry they would have never contemplated Vista or anything remotely like it.
What Microsoft needs to bring it back from the brink is a Steve Jobs, a man with vision with excitement for things technical, simple and elegent.
