Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the whole start of the Internet "web" was started with P2P
Researchers could share their research back and forth. Isn't this really blocking what the intention of the Internet is? P2P does have its uses, but I don't think ISPs should tell you what you should be doing. This is a form of censorship.
