Well I'm coding for an embedded linux environment in C and C++, so java tools won't help. I am more interested in the tools that can generate a call-stack and trace through the execution path to show you how a null-pointer dereference might come about.
I was looking at Klockwork Insight, but the price tag is practically my salary for the number of licenses we would need. Has anyone worked with that tool specifically?
