Finally, George Dubya Bush has proof that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. All that yellowcake was just sitting around for Sadam to dig up and make a dirtybomb from it.:P
Too late. I just switched to Avast yesterday and I'm loving it. With a promise that 90% or more of viruses out there can be detected and removed, I'm staying with Avast.
I used AVG for years. I was happy until undating to version 8.0. The new 8.0 version is bloated and its Link scanner is incompatable with Firefox 3.
I use Kubuntu and right now I have 8.04 Hardy with KDE 3.5.9. I tried Hardy with KDE 4.0 and felt like it was still in Beta. My main reason for switching back to KDE 3 was Amarok, which is my favorite media player / itunes substitute and it isn't working in KDE 4, yet.
Are that many people that stupid that they won't bring their laptops as carry-on luggage?? I could hardly part with my laptop, let alone, trust it to baggage handlers.
LOL. Your sarcasm is noted (by me, at least).
Yes, YouTube used to allow movie and TV episodes to be posted but I guess the MPAA and RIAA got involved and forced YouTube to remove copyrighted material. I imagine at that point that YouTube started going downhill.
What about downloadable movie services like Netflix? Since I don't have this service, I'm not sure how large the movies are. However, lets assume each movie is at least 700MB...the average size of an MPeg4. The metered downloads could hurt these industries. Thirty dollars a month for a 5 Gigabyte download cap sounds a bit stingy. Whereas the $55 40 Gigabyte cap would probably be excessive to all but business users.
As much as I hate M$ and all it stands for, I agree Safari shouldn't be used. Its bad enough that Apple nags me to install Safari and Itunes on my Windows computer whenever there is a Quicktime Player update.

Wish they still sold the X-Wing and Tie-Fighter models.
