    Oh yes, Athlon DOES support (Alpha-style) SMP, there just are no any SMP chipsets developed for it yet.

    It doesn't really matter when Intel will release
    the P4. My next box is going to be an SMP Athlon.
    Now, if some manufacturer would actually
    *release* an SMP Ahlon board before 2003.....
