I have a question about this part of the article: "The Pirate Bay and its servers are not hosted in Sweden, the additional security offered to outside users could be comparatively minimal."
As not being a techy savvy person, why would the "additional security" be less secure to "outside users", with "outside users" I suppose the article refers to users outside of Sweden?
