As a matter a fact, the only mention of repair is found in the section that EXCLUDES certain services, and even that doesn't involve PC repair. The law requires persons or entities whose services involve, basically, spying on people (e.g., PIs) or protecting them from bodily harm (e.g., body guards) to have a "security service contractor" license. Way to blindly follow the herd, sheep.
