Those are my biggest problems. I got the training I thought I needed, and then never got the chance to use it. Finnally a while later I get to the use that new training, and have forgotten some things I would have otherwise retained. Also, never getting a raise for the new skills I aquired. These are the reasons why I'm currently looking for a new job.
