  1. Re:Where is the controversy? on Secret GPS Tracking Now Legal In Massachusetts · · Score: 1

The deal with that, for me, was that when the cops realized this guy was in his own house, they didn't just apologize and cut out. They hung around because this guy was understandably pissed. I've been pissed at cops often enough to imagine the scenario. Eventually the bastard cop was just telling the guy that he had to submit. That he could not remain angry and indignant. It is no crime to be pissed at a cop. But they don't like it.

The use of 2H + 0 = battery definitely seems more zen-correct than the things the word 'battery' refers to know. I want a cell and a panel for my laptop. This was my idea about 4 years ago, by the way. I also said "Cogito, ergo sum" when I was about 17 and tripping (didn't use those words, of course). I know, I know, "Who cares?" I do, damnit. I should be glad, I guess, to see my ideas come to fruition without my input, but I do feel kinda cheated. Guess I should quit thinking and act, eh?

Am I the only one that realizes the obvious implication of this study? That Asian women and White men must begin mating exclusively with one another? We won't even bind their feet (...at least, those of us who aren't rednecks won't...), and we'll split the house work (...at least, those of us who aren't rednecks will).

Sure, cell phone use might give you cancer, but on the bright side there are hundreds of other compounds just in the air in Pittsburgh that will give you cancer much quicker, so there's really no need for concern.

I call that the "i'm bleeding so cut me" logical fallacy. not a canonical 'logical fallacy', but a common misstep in human reasoning. 'logical phallusy'
