Hmm, under XWindows I ever open first a xTerm. Under Windows I need no DOS-Window. And the applications on XWindow are all different in their look and feel. Under Windows all applications use the same look and feel, the user knows how to use the program. Thats the difference. I think that KDE is a step in the right direction, but many other step are necessible, before Linux is userfriendly like Windows.
