I didn't read the entire article, but if this study only includes members of the Israeli military it's probably best not to draw conclusions from it.
Some questions to ask:
What is the average IQ of the sample group as a whole?
Were civilians studied?
Were Israel's conscripted forces studied, their volunteer force, or both?
I could go on, but I think you see the idea. I'm not so sure that this study proves anything.
