You crap in a white bucket with a plastic bag in it. On 130's they're located on raised platforms just aft of the port side paratroop door, and forward of the urinal you described. There's a little magic you have to perform to get them down to usable height; one of the tricks we used to play was to get the new guys to try and use them without explaining how to lower them.
Once the bag is used, you stash it on the ramp where it usually freezes, if you're at altitude. That makes it easier to carry off later.
