I've seen board trolls before, and that guy was not a troll.
He had legitimate crticism of the calculator and supported it with many details.
Also, he admitted that he didn't read the instructions and shoud hae, which is a clear sign he wasn't a bully or a troll. Trolls never admit they are wrong.
