First of all, Howard Stern is on Sirius, not XM and I personally can't stand the guy.
Second of all, I know for a fact that Fungus 53 (Punk) and XMLM (XM Liquid Metal) are completely uncensored because I listen to them a lot. The channels are labeled with an XL for Explicit Lyrics. Check out the channel lineup on XM's website and you'll find many more XL channels.
