In some states adultery IS illegal. As far as everyone bashing the guys in this scenario (and I'm not really condoning cheating here) but did you ever think that maybe their wives were horrible people? Maybe they weren't being intimate with their husbands? I've met a lot of cheaters in my time (most women) and not a single one of them were cheating on their spouse because they were being treated well and loved.
