I've got a hard time accepting the fact that the Corinthian soccer team is better known than a book of the Bible! While there are lot of non-Christian soccer fans out there, how many follow the leagues on the Iberian Penninsula? Even if a third of them are avid fans of the Corinthians, there's far more people in the world who only know the word because they at least have some vague recollection that its a Biblical book (2 actually). And it may very well be that Nike shouldn't be able to have a trademark of an ancient Greek deity. I mean, how can you trademark something that is studied around the world, history is the truest "open source"! Even still, to have a legitimate trademark, you have to prove that you have a distinguished claim on the name. There are millions of Christians in the world who have never heard of the Corinthians as a soccer team, but could probably quote you passages from the Two books in the New Testament! How on Earth can you claim a trademark against that weight. This Judge is smoking controlled substances, and is definately inhaled!
