Given that Moon just had a book published by Baen and Bujold's second-next book (the one she's writing now) will be published by Baen.
I'm a member of the Bujold mailing list and haven't heard anything about her leaving Baen on account of the policies.
Her next novel -- fantasy, not SF -- will be published by another publisher because she put it up for auction. Baen bid on it but did not have the high bid.
