Why should we forbid instances of 12+16? If they understand the possible implications (apparently, you allowed 12+12, remember?), then they should handle emotional damage like they will have to anyway, head on. Agreed. But let's do some nitpicking. Statutory rape is the official name of child molestation. And the line is quite blurred there. Also, constitutionally, incest isn't illegal. If it's by mutual consent, it isn't. The genetic factor is quite pointless, also, there are contraceptives.
