    They where banned in the EU because of mass protest based on ignorant peoples rantings, NOT because of any good scientific data.

    Yes, I have ready the studies. Have you? or are you assuming it was banned, then clearly it was for scientific reasoning and not because of panicky alarmist people?

    Does it count off spring? animals fed with it? possible cross breeding?

    Labeling GMO is a FUD driven idea. It has no merit.

    A) You might want to understand what it takes just to run and maintain a machine
    B) It's 1000 dollars because that's what hospitals can get.
    C) India has a much stronger socialize medicine program.

    None of that has to do with good regulation. The high cost is private industry mark up and middle men mark up, and a profit margin.

    As far as the app goes:
    A) We are talking about app the dispense medical advice, or make medical evaluations based on input.
    B) as an App, is doesn't have the 'you can only use it in one places' issue MRIs have. So if it's an App to help stroke victims, you could sell 100,000 of them pretty fast. So volume will make the difference.

    Stop blaming the FDA for private company mark up and marketing.

    there should be 'Official Approved Scientific Based' process.
    You don't have to get it, but getting it means you have been vetted by the proper specialists.

    Medical apps are far to wide of a area to classify them all. O I need scientific vetting for my app the emails my Dr.? no.
    Should I get one that's giving me, or my Dr, advice on my medical condition? IN many case, yes.

    A 30 day psych ward stint would stop most people. They can be evaluated and given meds. Bi-polar, schizophrenia, paranoia, etc are all real medical condition that need treatment. They also can cause people to ill other people and do violent things.

    Well you compare the pregnancy results from reported rape, to non rape pregnancies.

    You can also compare it against risk of pregnancy through unprotected sex.

    You even have numbers on the kind of rape.
    Rape are reported to investigate through law enforcement. SO you can have a reasonably confident sample.

    SO some 15 have sex with someone else 15 is, in fact, statutory rape in Az.

    From Ryan's historical actions, it only seems he thinks women can not be raped unless they are somehow harmed outside of the sexual intercourse part of the rape. Hitting, slapping, etc...
    This is part of the rising war on women form that party; which stems from the religion rights belief that women are second class citizens.
    AS an FYI: Mormons also believe women are 2nd class citizens.

    All the updates work at MS's good nature.
    They can turn all that off but decided it wouldn't be good in that it would create a pool of virus and malware that would go unchecked.

    MS is being benevolent. They can change at any time.
