That means 0.001% downtime.
So, 60min times 7.5hrs a day, times 250days a year equals 112500 minutes in total, times 0.001 equals 112.5 minutes a year.
To me, that seems like almost 2hrs downtime a year, and the SLA is back up within 4 years.
Am I missing something here?
