I'm a little confused about how this tax would pan out. What exactly would they be taxing?
Lets use the example of World of Warcraft. Are they saying that they would be taxing the selling of the ingame currency and/or the selling of accounts? The last time i checked, both of this are against the terms of use that blizzard had set up for the game...
