I spent some time playing with Qt Creator last weekend at the recommendation of a friend, and I'm definitely liking it so far.
Code completion, code folding, and the integrated debugger seems to work pretty well. And it's cross platform Windows and *nix, with a
drag and drop GUI WYSIWYG editor. I believe it's C++ only, but it sounded like that's type of coding you were doing.
