  1. Exactly. Might as well say the observations are consistent with ghosts or angels or god sending us morse code across space. I'm not sure how it's scientific method to observe something then base a theory about it on something we haven't observed anywhere else other than a made-up star trek story with no other evidence to support it. It's as far out there as saying JFK was shot by an alien who teleported back into space. We haven't observed an alien or teleportation, but surely any technology is possible given enough time! Maybe we haven't observed super advanced species, but have FAITH that it's just a matter of time;) This is a marketing dept trying to keep spinning a story to get the public interested in funding NASA more.

  2. Universities create high salaries in the market on NSA's Best Are 'Leaving In Big Numbers,' Insiders Say (cyberscoop.com) · · Score: 1

I partly blame universities for having such poor programing degree programs. I have friends currently taking entry level classes and the professor says the intro classes are designed to weed people out from going further and graduating which means less programmers entering the market, which means higher salaries. Meanwhile other places in the world really push programming and have huge amounts of programming graduates. Sure it's a staffing issue in these college programs, but why can't universities accommodate more students with more staff instead of making them potentially drop out ?

DRM is irrelevant to 99.999% of Blu-Ray owners because it doesn't effect them.

Affect; not effect. Man, I've seen this so many times recently it's starting to seem rediculous!!

    you mean "ridiculous" right? ')
