i'm from poor country and i see that you are right !
most here try to buy expensive and new versions of mobiles with camera but they only can use call + camera but don't now how to use the others features but i don't think that is bad.. at least they will sell much expensive mobiles and man " poor" as me can buy it cheaper " used" , just kidding
