why is the fact that m$ copies these codes bad? because they steal something from others and make money with it. in fact: they are copying code from their opponents in this "war". because of this, they will make their software better, and sell more of their software. with that they bring down the development speed of linux and sorts. meaning: m$ slows down the software development process!!!!
what to do? why not make the code of linux, minux, freebsd and all the others copyrighted and give anyone the ability to use it whenever and however they want as long "as they don't make money with it". that way m$ can't copy any of it and use it for their software. simple as that:-)
