    "Don't worry mandarin is not too hard to learn."

    For me I speak the southern dialect (Yue, or Cantonese) so Mandarin is a cake walk. But for those who grew up getting used to writing a totally different script, this could be a monumental task.

    For starters I would suggest learning writing in "pinyin" first to learn the basic words, definitions and grammar, before moving to writing the actual script.

    Apparently most slashfags have voted for hope and change.

    I wonder what the breaking point event will be for the intelligent Slashdot community, where you will actually get mad rather than diverting the issue and believing nothing will be abused.

    Wait until one day the civilian national security force in their brown uniforms, armed with 1.6 billion rounds of ammo start marching on the streets the same time the King announcing the suspension of the Constitution.

    When Slashdot is full of people like these , you will understand why history keep repeating itself.

    That's why you need a bank account + a credit card that is dedicated ONLY to online transactions. Deposit your payroll to another bank account, and use ACH to transfer to the dedicated bank account in question.

    Somebody must be thinking that it doesn't cost any money to start a business. If you do find an example let me know. AFAIK all business is like a gamble, you need to risk capital to get rewards.

    I don't have that capital, all I have is a business plan.

    Because you don't receive Federal Pell Grant for going to grad school. You either have to pay the whole thing (via cash or loans), or getting an assistant ship, a fellowship or some other award. That is basically the filter between undergrad and grad education.

    It is a pseudo-random number generator devices. In the U.S. , I have seen two financial companies doing it: E*TRADE and Blizzard Entertainment.
