I work for an online memorial company, don't worry not a shameless plug though. One of the more popular thing people are doing on our site is recording their loved ones voice before they pass away. When my grandmother died I often wanted to hear her voice and now it had faded to where I can't even really remember what she sounded like. I know you said you've taken video but I'd recommend even just a short audio recording, ask her to say how much she loves you, then ask her to make one for each of your daughters as well. Once she passes you can take a moment throughout the day no matter where you are(I assume most people have mp3 players with them now, even if it's on their phone) and listen to it, reminding you of your wife and how much she loved you.
I made a mythbox for less than 200 dollars. The point is to buy compatible hardware from the start, don't blame the myth team though, it's hard to write drivers for devices that they get no support at all from the manufacturer. They do what they can and they do it well.
The economic crisis we're going through will help open source, not hurt it. The first thing large companies will look at when attempting to "tighten the belt" so to speak, is Microsoft's licensing schemes. They'll seek out alternatives and will actually see how much savings moving away from MS will help them.
I realize he was speaking about things like Wikipedia, but what I said is still relevant just replace MS with whatever large corporation you want...
I can't believe how many people are bashing this without even seeing more about it. Personally I think Bioware did a great job with KOTOR and might actually do this MMO pretty well.

No Kidding, I for one expect my games to entertain me...Geesh.

Switch to decaf...please for all of our sakes.
Since the inside of the space station isn't a vacuum...it won't.
