Don't want to advertise or anything, but I can confirm what Mr_Silver said about Entea. The only problem is that I am heavy user. I end each month being close to the limits. Only once I went over the peak limit, I was just careless.
The best feature is one months notice period. You don't like it, you can change it, so far didn't have any reasons to do it:)
