  1. This was not an ICBM on North Korea Missile Launch Fails · · Score: 1

    They launched an ICBM

According to Wikipedia: "An intercontinental ballistic missile, or ICBM, is a long-range (greater than 5,500 km or 3,500 miles) ballistic missile" They cleared Japan, but that is what, less than 1,000 miles from NK? It takes a lot more than that to hit Australia, Africa, or the Americas. Don't add to the hysteria by calling this an ICBM.

...that law enforcement agencies are still foolish enough to harass people in such a public and blatant way. Over time they will gain more technical expertise and find other, more difficult to detect, methods of harassing citizens who dare to criticize them. I fear the day when the police get a little bit smarter about disguising their abuses of power. Until then it will continue to be relatively easy to bring the enforcers of law to justice.

why do we have things like weird huge joysticks for mech games (360), Rockband kits, the Wii-Fit board, or the Duck Hunt stype zapper for the Wii??? These aren't your standard controllers

Even as a Wii fanboy I must admit that the "zapper" and other gun devices for the Wii are not controllers except by a dishonest stretch of the imagination. These plastic pieces of junk hold the controllers in uncomfortable positions and do nothing else.

I hate to be nitpicky, but I had to correct you. "The Air Force is a very old organization" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Air_Force "...the USAF was formed as a separate branch of the military on September 18, 1947.[2] It was the last branch of the U.S. military to be formed."
