Good luck the laws in good old Germany are a tad more sensible than those in the o-so-free US.

a) Germany has a data-protection-law, protecting data from persons AND vice versa, so they wouldn't be allowed to write your name,

b) in Germany, if you're between 18 and 21, it will depend on your maturity whether you're treated by youth laws or adult laws.

I can only repeat what somebody already said: Go sue them.
