Reliable?!?!?! If this thing was built back in the 70s and just now has crashed badly....how much more reliable could you be? I can't get a modern motherboard to last more then 5-7 years before something goes wrong with it....if i'm lucky.
Ah if only I could just use find/replace and find all 'Intel' in the article and change them to 'ISP X' then it would be a good day... Seriously, they should be going after the much more monoploistic ISPs in this country then Intel.
They want a High-tech cure to fix the problem of High-tech gadgets in the cars??
Does anyone else see the irony here?
How about make it not worth the trouble to use the gadgets in the first place. Example: (Let's say....5% or your yearly income if caught txting while driving; or if you hit someone while txting, insurance it not required to pay anything and YOU have to pay for all damages). I bet you would see a lowering of people that are txting while driving in that example. That's the biggest problem with traffic laws...the penalties are WAY too small to be an effective deterrent.
is the biggest security hole yet the greatest strength of any OS/Software. If virus writters had to rebuild for a new OS/Software each time it came out...they would almost always have to start over every time from scratch. There are still viruses from the Win95 days that will still infect XP SP3 machines (not sure about vista/7).
So surprising...no...not in the least.
