Hello, I am a senior at a School in Vermont. We are required to write a paper for our 2008 Elections Class and I chose to do mine on Howard Dean's 50 State Strategy. I have done some research but was hoping you could answer a few questions for me as well.
First off, I would like to know, in your words, what the 50 State Strategy really is? I would also like to know where this idea came from? Finally I would like to know, how you think this strategy affected the 2008 Election and if you think Barack Obama could have won with out it.
