With crab it is a little different story - you need to butcher it, just like chicken or other animals. Only legs and "belly" are edible, you don't want any internal parts of the crab to be cooked.
Pretty good eating, especially if you use water straight from the ocean and lobster/crab was caught within last 24 hours.
