I suggest you check what the Finnish makers Suunto and Polar has to offer. I have been using Polar HRMs for some time and have been very happy with those.
Negative temperatures have also been studied in '90s. To my knowledge Finnish cold lab had coldest temperature record for a long time and this is also work of the same laboratory.

Anyone have idea what happens around 1:06 on the video? Looks like small explosion happens next to rocket on the liftoff.
