I can not comment on all of the problems, but I give you my 0.02 euro on two of them. The Riemann Hypothesis: There is much progress beeing made torwards proving that. However, we still seem to be quite a long way from solving it. This is a very hard problem. I doubt, that this will be solved in the next 20 years. Navier-Stokes: J.L. Lions has already gotten us halfway to this one. From a cursory glance, this seems to be the "easiest" one of the bunch. My guess is, that this will be solved in this dekade (hopefully by me:).
