Eversince mankind started inventing stuff, there have always been alarmed people warning us of the dangers. And I don't want to exclude myself from this group. But what you can learn from history is, that we sooner or later learned to use (not abuse) everything.
I think, that if we build a Matrix, we also develope the ability to control it.
