A friend of mine who used to work at Apple was in a program where they helped inner city schools set up their networks,etc.
I think this was organized by the corporation. Does anyone know of anything similar that I could do to volunteer some of my time to help out in San Francisco schools? You'd think there would be programs like this.
Finally, you've realized the importance of a firm opinion. We need someone like you in our schools. Mainly to show children that change is NOT possible. As you said, most people cannot see through their own prejudice.
