No, defaults should be as easy as they are. However, you should be forced to change the default password before connecting to your ISP.

Also, it seems like you think people should be amazed that your are able to replace tabs with spaces in your IDE? Welcome to new millennium. Here we use graphical IDE's with something called "Find & Replace". It does not require you too read a manual to understand how too use, and it supports regular expressions. Just matching tabs however does not. You can actually copy paste tabs as normal characters.

The new millennium? Text editors have been able to do this for close to 20 years. While learning how to use an editor like vim or emacs well certainly requires some manual study, using one feature only requires a simple search.

  3. "Correlation is not Causation" on The Secret Lives of Ubuntu and Debian Users · · Score: 1

I don't understand why some people feel the need to tag every story that involves statistics with "correlation is not causation." The writer of the article gave generalizations about the two sets of users based on the data, but he clarified those generalizations saying,

"To what extent last week's figures are typical is uncertain. Very likely, studying the figures over a longer period would produce different results."

It is perfectly fine to discuss an existing correlation. The problem is when that correlation is used as the only basis for making a definitive conclusion between the two.
