The best development in the last years was the spezification of html and xml. Which are files. Without them the whole WWW would be pointless. And what about sockets ?
Just imagine what will happen if, for example, microsoft would develop an own object-oriented os. And they want to communicate. Conversion hell all over again.

So the only things I can find about Phantom are tons of questions and marketing mambo-jambo on the Homepage. If it were 1999 I would consider buying some stock. But as it is 2008 I will just laugh out loud.
