  1. Sue SearchKing based on the same principles on Google Responds to SearchKing's Lawsuit · · Score: 1
Here's a way to teach Search King that what they're doing isn't just wrong, it's moronic. According to the rules that they have listed, they may use the following reasons to reject your ad:
JUST SOME OF THE REASONS OUR NETWORK WOULD REJECT YOUR AD
    • Your site is cloaked.
    • Your site is re-directed to another site.
    • You are promoting pornography, hate, war or violence.
    • Your site contains hidden text.
    • Your site contains a long list of meaningless keywords at the bottom of your page.
    • Your site is a member of known link farms.
    • Your site loads too slowly.
    • Your site doesn't look professional.
    • Any other reason.
So I guess that means the Romulans are out... Anyway, back to the point... buy an ad, and then after several months of making money, change your site to be running on IIS 5, written in ASP.NET, which violates the site loading too slowly, and site not looking professional rules. :) If PR Ad Network has the audacity to reject your ad, you can then sue them for adversely affecting your revenue. I mean, do they really have the right to monitor the content that is coming up on their pages, or content that, even though it isn't theirs, is attached to their name? They seem to think so, and if they can do it, why can't Google? My opinion: Dismiss the case and make Search King close their doors on grounds of idiocy and sophomoric actions.
