The one piece of apple hardware I own is an ipod I bought used 2 1/2 or 3 years ago - I made the purchase when I decided to try out rockbox. Not an effort at humor - I was 'curious' and being 'experimental'.
I've used vonage for three years. Not only is their service good, but they are much cheaper than the service offered by the cable company(I have no interest in getting an old pots line again) and they have room to pass some costs along. Instead of letting the marketplace decide, the telcos are using the courts to force their higher-priced and inferior service on consumers. Other examples are Verizon suing over the 700 mhz auction, and AT&T's attempt to silence criticism in forums.
the spec-sheet would enable the linux community to write drivers so that we could go out and _buy_ usb hardware - that's the difference.

to follow up the previous poster, i got kurosawa's "Ran" a little while ago. i don't know why it wasn't broken down into chapters, but otherwise it's a very nice disc
