Yes this is true so all of you who are saying oh Privacy Violation well read very carefully the legally binding contract that you signed (whether or not you actually read it before you signed it) that says "you have no expectation of privacy in any of those communications" and have fun knowing everything you say and do on line will ALWAYS be recorded and used in some manor or another.
Oh and by the way even Myspace.com has the same Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Moral of the post: If you don't want your boss, mom, dad, wife, husband, brother, sister, grandma, news station or anyone else in the world to find out about something then dont say it over the internet.
