Big Brother could see what you see, hear what you hear, see where you go, and know what you think eventually. All freedom is lost. It is the perfect bugging device. A nanotech bug - imagine it. In the distant future, nanotech computers in a person (personal computers - get it? hahaha) may be able to influence or control your thoughts. And by the way, no I am not paranoid.
