Recently a study of the harm caused to fish by nanoparticles was reported. I remember that "grey goo" was moderately harmful.

I've used the Comfort Keyboard for years. A rehab specialist monitored what muscles I used in typing and set up the keyboard to minimize typing effort. It's well worth it, and should be covered by Worker's Comp. After it was set up I had much less pain.
