Yeah, but LogMeIn is an private, non-free app.
Wake me up when an zero config behind-router to behind-router VNC-like app hit the road.
The remote desktop integrated app used in MSN (live or whatever is its name now) is very good,
but have some flaws (send EVERY FRAME of the remote desktop, becaming slow very fast) and its
Windows/MSN only.
The bandwith used in 3D games would be mainly for its texture as the game logic and models arent so big.
Procedural texture could be used, see www.theprodukkt.com/kkrieger for an idea.
I, like others, tested OpenSolaris and the 2 main problems that i saw where, 1) lack of support for fancy/new hardware. 2) not so many native programs as Linux/BSD. I think that OpenSolaris will live forever, but not as a OS, its bests features (ZFS, others) will be incorporated in linux/free bsd/ others)
1) this image was created to reproduce the bug. except for low definition display (TV/NTSC) its not common to have this "scanlines".
2) instead of resising, just blur the image before and then resise.
3) Interesting bug, thou.
Installed Ubuntu 9.04 over my 9.04RC and all i can say that its a lot faster than 8.10 (RC was faster too). And i mean it cause i have a quite old config.
will take a look when i get home, thanks!

yes, until those years are reached, and it will be expanded againg and again and again.
At least they dont do like the authorities: "Hey, do you have something to hide?"

i love coding with my boss in my shoulder pseudo-auditing my code and constantly reminding me the project schedule...
