I remember when I was in Recording School, taling with a friend of mine about the difference between various formats. It was then that it hit me. That due to constantly being subjected to the MP3 format young people will become accustomed to it and like it better. But, what's more is that one day you will find a preset on some plug-in that emulates the "MP3 Sound" just as you do today with mic and amp modelers.
Sound is sound, there is no such thing as the perfect sound. debating this is like debating if an SSL 9000K or AMEK 9098i produced a better sound.
