Does this not violate the European Union single market rules, when the service charges a fee from the users from 25 EU countries, and does let users from 2 other EU countries to get free service?
I'm in a EU25 country, not UK or Germany - and to me this feels like a a clear case of discrimination because of nationality/geographic location. Case for the European Commission to investigate? Last.fm, you will not get away with this!
