At least in JS and PHP, you have basically the same syntax as C, giving you the opportunity to write clean code. Again the problem is not the language, that's the person using it.
Recursion is not a bad idea. The problem is that it relies on a small memory space that was not designed for that purpose initially (or you have to customize it)
Unfortunately, some (many?) manufacturers use GPL code (the whole Linux OS + other apps) without releasing the part they modified/added, or only providing a completely obsolete version of it (eg the first one built 3 years ago).
Many libs/modules are available that allow you to make a simple chat/video application, including whatever encryption you see fit, even adding some salt to it if necessary. The other party needs the same program. That makes your app even more discreet (by obscurity).
Life happening somewhere has a very low probability. Hence visiting a few planets is not enough. There are billions and billions of other planets in the Universe. The probability that life exists at least somewhere else in the Universe is very very high. We're early in that we don't have the technology to visit / analyze distant planets . But life exists elsewhere.
But given how many times they repeat the procedure on Earth before doing the real thing... It may be even easier to do it in space!
Well, the FAA might want to change their rules, and make them more XXI century-ish.
His name is Pekka Rantala, not Pikka...
if you get in bed with Microsoft, you're going to get fucked!
Many people did that, but in exchange of a huge amount of money...
Because there is no other option, none of these languages made 'switch' able to elegantly deal with a train of if else...
He's been chosen for his ability to innovate. Innovation is under-estimated nowadays.
Don't blame devs developing on Windows. They usually don't have a choice due to economic constraints.
It (may) work.

Valid, but it looks a bit too hacky imo... code readability is important!
Objective-C and its weird syntax reached success within the iOS world
Use GOTOs a lot as well, and indeed it is about the cleanest way to do things (programming in assembly)
Don't forget to include (C++) operator over-overloading.
And it will be the coldest August ever. Just a shift from Aug to Jul. Nothing to worry.

Since "Hellwig had failed to prove which specific lines of code VMware had used", the verdict doesn't sound unfair.
You mean there was a MAN IN THERE??
Yeah, AI was not that good at the time.
And on Windows. I have to reboot several times a day
The good thing is that it fixes skype, and all the other problems as well. Give Windows a reboot a day...
You mean 2 years old? The new one is still an alpha (and the skype website still offers the old one for Ubuntu)
Skype stops working frequently, already.
means 1.12 m
Life has a low probability, but multiplied by the gigantic number of other planets, that gives a high proba life exists somewhere.
