If the rumors about China sneaking back-doors into their chips is true, the Chinese government could soon have direct access to Obama's telecommunications.
Well... More direct than it's been so far, at least...
Considering the rate of software piracy in China, and the resulting lack of Windows security updates, why would it be improbable that a large number of Chinese computers have been hijacked by an outside nation?
Granted, they could just as easily have been taken over by the Chinese government, but still.
